Property Description

Our service coordinator is on staff to assist with the day-to-day needs of our tenants both on-site and in the nearby vicinity. Various in building activities (bingo, potlucks, on-site salon) and off-site outings are available through the efforts of our staff, outreach programs and tenant involvement. Boulevard Apartments is a designated HUD elderly complex. If certain income conditions are met, tenants only pay 30% of their income towards rent with the balance being subsidized by the U.S. government. Applicants MUST meet the following criteria for eligibility:
